Advantages and why important digital community
In some cases school staff may share their announcements with others (students, others). Equally, it is a very difficult task to make many people aware of this by word of mouth. A peaceful meeting should be called for it. But in case of emergency it is very easy to get informed through digital system.
සමහර අවස්ථාවම් වලදී පාසලේ කාර්යමන්ඩලයට ඔවුන්ගේ නිවේදන අන් අය සමග(සිසුන්, වෙනත්) බෙදා ගැනීමට හැකියාව පවතී. සමාන්යෙන් මෙය මුක වචනයෙන් බොහෝ දෙනෙකුට දැනුවත් කිරීම ඉතා අසීරු කාර්යක් වේ. එයට සාමන්යෙන් රැස්වීමක් කැදවිය යුතුය. නමුත් හදිසි අවස්තාවකදී ඩිජිටල් ක්රමය මගින් දැනුවත් කිරීම ඉතා පහසු වේ. එමෙන්ම නැවත මතක් කිරීමකදීද මෙය වඩා පහසු වේ.
Easily create groups and teams.
The school has many clubs and societies. Sometimes teachers or team leaders try to connect their students and players together and communicate. You do it using WhatsApp groups. But we need the phone numbers of a large number of students. It is a difficult task. But with this community, after enrolling the students in the school, the teachers can create the necessary groups and easily connect the students without phone numbers.
පාසලේ බොහෝ කන්ඩායම් සහ සන්විදාන ඇත. ඇතැම් අවස්තාවලදී ගුරුවරුන් හෝ කන්ඩායම් නායකයින්ට තමන්ගේ ශිශ්යයින් සහ ක්රීඩකයින් එකට සම්බන්ධ කර සන්නිවේදනය කිරීමට උත්සාහ ගනී. ඔබ Whatsapp group යොදාගෙන එය ඉටුකරයි. නමුත් සිසුන් විශාල පිරිසකගේ දුරකතන අංක අපට අවශ්ය වේ. එය අසීරු කාර්යකි.නමුත් මෙම කොමිනුටි එක මගින් පාසලේ සිසුන් ඇතුලත් කිරිමෙන් පසු ගුරුවරුන්ට අවශ්ය කන්ඩායම් සාදා පහසුවෙන්ම දුරකතන අංක නොමැතිව සිසුන්ව සම්බන්ධ කිරීමට හැක.

පාසල තුල හෝ ඔවුන් නිවසේදි සිදු කරන අධ්යාපනික පරීක්ශණ ක්රියාකාරකම් සහ ඔවුන් ලබගන්නා ජයග්රහන මෙන්ම ප්රොජෙක්ට් ද ඔවුන්ගේ ප්රොෆිලයට එක් කිරීමට හැක.
Student Skills & Marks
The marks obtained by the students in the final examination or other examinations as well as their ability percentage can be entered in their profile as a percentage. That way you can get a better understanding of what they are interested in.
සිසුන් අවසාන වාර විභාගයේදී හෝ වෙනත් විභාග වලදී ලබා ගන්නා ලකුණු මෙන්ම ඔවුන්ගේ හැකියාවන් ප්රතිශතය මෙලෙස ප්රතිශතයක් වශයෙන් ඔව්න්ගේ ප්රොෆිලය තුලට ඇතුලත් කළ හැක. එමගින් ඔවුන් උනන්දුවිය යුත්තෙ කුමක් සදහාද යන්න මනා අවබෝදයක් ලබාගත හැකි වේ.
